Let me know if you notice a difference with the trans mount
Also
I mounted my trans cooler on the vertical pillar just like Jim_kt

You will need a couple of extra parts from the local auto parts store though
as shown in the pic below also some assorted nuts, bolts and lock washers

Thanx 4 the xtra parts tip 2.5sbd:tup: Did u go w/the Hayden or another manufacturer? I guess u wouldn't notice anything aside from the cooler getting warm letting u know its workin? I'll def post a review when I get them installed. I did however get the "Street" version trans mount bushing and not the "Race" version so I'm guessing it won't be as drastic a change as it could be. Less NVH probably. :Dunno: We'll see.

After driving the car a little hard the cooloer is almost too hot to touch
The install isn't too hard
If your not too far from Philly maybe I can help you with the install

I live like 5 mins from Hersheypark as far as my locale, but my stepdads a decent mechanic so he always helps me w/installs but thanx 4 the offer.
As far as your cooler temp is concerned I'm not gonna pretend I know anything about trans coolers but if after driving a little hard its almost 2 hot 2 touch doesn't that mean u should have a bigger cooler or is that normal?

Just think, all that heat was only going thru your radiator before and now it's cooled before it enters the radiator so it also helps to keep the coolant a little cooler too.
Lowering the trans fluid even a little has great effects on transmission life

I get that but is your trans cooler supposed 2 get that hot from driving a little hard? How hots it gonna get when u do 150+ MPH sprints like Han?

Update: Trans mount bushing and trans cooler installed. I installed the bushing saturday and the cooler today. I wouldn't recommend Ralliteks' trans mount bushing to people in cold climates. Its been below freezing at night when I'm goin 2 and from work and the bushing is made of polyurethane and it shrinks in the cold weather and it makes a lot of noise. It even tells u in the instructions 2 put it in the freezer b4 installing. I was shocked. It almost sounds like I have a hole in the cat. It happens under acceleration while driving or in neutral. On the day I installed it, it was warmer and it wasn't that noticeable. Now thats its so cold its almost embarrassing how loud this noise is. It sounds like something is wrong w/the car. It does quicken the shifts a bit but if I knew it would be this annoying in the cold weather I probably would not have bought it. Maybe it just needs time to settle in2 place but its been 4 days so I doubt it.
