Mods with Taxes??

Anyone doing any mods witht their taxes?? My husband is getting a bigger turbo and we are using almost half of the return to pay down some bills. As for myself.....I am getting some H&R springs, a Megan Racing DP and a TDC e-tune :tup: :tup: I haven't decided if I want a front lip or some rims. My friend is selling his 18" Tenzo DC-5s and I might take those off his hands :D

I may get some 35 inch BFG A/T's if we get a decent return. That and pay down bills. Oh, and the wife will get a new timing belt, and the dog will get his teeth professionally cleaned.

You know I was thinking about it but I am on the fence. I would like to see them because it will be like I got some Tezos for free :lol: But at the same time I LOVE my stock rims and can't imagine getting rid of them just in case I ever want to go back.

If I do how much are you willing to pay for them. I have seen people selling them on .com for like $800-$900....is that with tires?? The Tenzos are $600 so I would like to get that much out of them....not really looking to make any money just break even.

HA......I don't know. All I know is I have 18s and it looks like an OB. Although the SpecBs are a smidgin taller than the LGT. Is smidgin even a real word?? If it is did I even spell it right??

We like to go on trips with our relatives/friends, and instead of taking 2 cars we can just take one. Plus it's nice to have another vehicle with additional room.

We looked at all the dealers and so far the Acadia fits us just right. Our second option is the LR3 (Land Rover), but it's too pricey.

I never had a Dodge or a Jeep but I had 2 brand new GM vehicles and they both had problems, some were dealer addressed and continued anyway. Then I bought a new Japanese car in '99 and never looked back. :lol:

Definately go with the Acadia. I'm not a big fan of Land Rover....unless it's a Range :tup: I don't car if they are unreliable...they are pretty :lol:

Really?? My dad is retired from GM so we get the employee discount. I grew up around GM cars my whole life and my dad had never owned anything but them. He would trade it in every 3 or 4 years and get another one. We never had any problems with ours :confused:

Already happenin' in the Solstice GXP/Sky Red Line, and theres other cars GM makes that are fast but I think I made my point. Your point, I think would be better said that GM makes no fast AWD cars. I'll leave it @ that. :)

No mods this time, just paying off debt so I can refi my mortgage to a better rate. The mods will come next year after I have gotten the LGT. Might help to have the car first, huh. LOL.
