Hi I'm in the process of buying 2005 GT so i decided to join the group for some answers..I right now have a 1998 LGT and was thinking of doing an STI swap but foumd a 2005 LGT for 12 000$. So its a better bargain to buy the Leggy than to swap. Besides I also would of had to do a automatic to manual conversion which would of been that much more work. So here i am...from Montreal and waiting to be approuved for the loan.:rolleyes:

Its Black without the leather, turbo of coarse with only 100 000km.

Good luck with the approval, and you made a great choice in buying a '05 LGT than to do a swap. Sometimes swaps could be more expensive than buying a used one with everything included.

Well i got approuved! Now its dealing time! The poor thing has a bit of dents and scraches, a craked windsheild, and summer tires. So... i don't know...i'll try to negociate to 10k instead of 11 900$:cool: It's going to be hard since i've been looking for a GT for a while now and also 11 900$ is already a pretty good price...

Is this a private seller or a used dealership? I can understand a cracked windshield from a private seller, but not from a used dealership. Anything under 12k is def a great deal. Let us know how it goes.

Well it's from a used dealership...he's not willing to negociate..so i'm a little on the negetive about the whole Ideal now...cracked windsheild fixable...winter tires buyable..but the dents and scraches aren't an easy task to fix..especially on a black car..It also doesn't have a sunroof and since it was a rental i'm ASSuming it was beaten a bit (if i'm lucky).

You know i decided to go for a newer model so that i wouldn't have to put a penny on it for a while...:rolleyes: i'm still very undecided...Or juste really paranoid..:eek:
