I was just kiddin, if their yellow that's the Bilsteins'. I would use a tape measure and go from the ground (using the bottom of the tire 2 hold the tape) 2 the bottom of the wheelwell and see what u get.

fender to tire gap is about 4cm higher on left front and 6cm higher on rear left. is it alignment problem?

some dealers a shadey and hide stuff like that a guy i met at a meet had a dealer try to hide scratches by leaving the trunk with cardboard in it and telling him how he was gonna yell at the detail guy.

It sounds like the previous owner may have taken off the stock suspenion and not put it back on correctly. If you don't align the springs on the shocks or align the top hat, you may end up with this problem.
Check to make sure the springs are the same and are align on the shocks correctly.

That does seem a bit out-of-whack......
For many of us, we've noticed *slight* differences - i.e. one to two cm.'s difference (one or two finger-widths, max.) between different sides of the vehicle, but it really shouldn't be as excessive as what was reported by the OP.

updating: they told me my car is fine and did alginment and showed me the papers. the service guy said i might have to drive a little more for the springs and shock to get into place. but i was thinking wtf why does a new cars spring need to settle. the car feels like it has no problems. ill stress about when i drop my car later on.. thanks for input guys

so they told you that even though the height is different on each side that it's "fine"?
i would bring that back and go find a different dealer, no matter how good the deal was.
