Hey if anyone knows a good place to purchase either online or Oregon a cold air intake for LGT please let me know.
Also what are some good exhausts that arent too loud but sound good?

The stock airbox flows more than enough for a stage 2+ car, and pulls in cooler air than an under-the-hood filter on a stick. Drop in a K&N panel filter and you should be good to go.

In terms of CBEs, to Borla, I'd also add SPT, HKS Silent HiPower, and Megan.

In terms of just canisters, I'd put into the mix Blitz Nur-Spec Touring (*not* the "R" variant, though!), Prodrive, Cobb, and AVO, as well as a careful selection of the Magnaflow offerings for "custom" construct.
