To dis-able the Seat Belt Chime

1. turn key on to acc position (do not start car).
2. buckle and un-buckle the Seatbelt 20 times
3. turn the key to the off position.
4. start the car...

Remember...

Always wear your seat belt:D

I also left mine onl. I mean I am good driver but I don't trust other drivers on the road. That's why you should have it on, fear the bad drivers!!! :)

That's the best part. "This chime is annoying, let's go inside where it's quieter."

^^ Nice Badge but all joking aside. . . In my 08 i did the unplug method under the drivers seat that was mentioned in an earlier version of this thread. I was wondering if that turns my airbag off. Idk about the 05-07's but i have a passenger one too. When they sit a pressure switch turns on the passenger air bag so it doesnt go off if noone is there. I think this switch is on the same connector as the seatbelt chime because when i unpluged the passenger side the airbag no longer turned on so i pluged it back in and some friends hate it. I wear mine most of the time but it is nice to not have the ding on short trips however if it comes with sacraficing my airbag ill plug it back in and attempt the 20 clicks.

It sucks that you have to do it everytime you start the car...

So you're saying it takes you 20 clicks to disable your chime, when it only takes me 1 click. It's a lot easier and faster to just put your seat belt on.

No ****. Click it and smile. Driving/riding without a seatbelt engaged is, well, stupid.
