Looking at a 2008 2.5I GT. Pretty much all options except for Nav. One owner clean title, no mods. 37,000 miles and comes with almost 3 years of 5 year 100,000 mile Subaru zero deductible warranty. Car is in perfect shape and has new tires. Asking 18,000 for it. Does this sound like a good deal?

There is no 2.5i GT. It's either a 2.5 GT (turbo) or a 2.5i (non turbo).

Is it a limited or non-limited?

If it's a GT it's a good price if it's a 2.5i it's 2 much.

It sounds like a fair deal for an "08.

Check to be sure it's honestly "no mods," and not a revert-to-stock.

Also, check VIN to see if it falls within the "Stop-Sale" range. Despite the warranty, a new longblock is still going to be a week-down inconvenience (at the least), and on a purchased vehicle (not leased, like my wife's FXT), something that I'd rather not deal with.....

Thanks for the good info. I'm confident that this is truly a no mods car. I was unaware of the stop sale thing. How would I know for sure? I see online that the effected VIN's are later than 222825. The VIN on the car I am looking at ends in 200813. Does this mean it's not included?
