I am going to go with the these wheels in gunmetal with mirror machined face 18x8. Wrapped in 225/40's. Let me know what you think. I have a silver LGT. http://www.tswalloywheels.com/alloy_wheels_nurburgring.php

They don't have that model TSW listed on wheelweights.net but the other 18x8s made by TSW range from 25-30lbs. 4 that reason gotta give 'em a .

I forgot to mention, in the first post, that I couldn't find the weight of the wheel. That was the only drawback. The lightest 18x8 TSW that I found was 21#. Gonna keep on searching. These probably won't be any lighter than 25#, either.:(

The design is pure sex anyway. Maybe they're super-strong? And I'd go with at least a 225/45 on an 8" wheel unless your car is crazy dumped.

I wouldn't wanna run a wheel that's heavier than the stockers.

Besides goin w/18s your already gonna be runnin a heavier tire than stock.

As far as strenth, their not forged, just 1 piece cast aluminum from what I've

seen.

I'm not sayin any1 would have any problems whatsoever, it's just not 4 me.

The design is pure sex, lol. I am on stock suspension, though plan on doing a 1" drop this summer. I rolled out a similar wheel that was on display at Town Fair tire. They didn't have an offset for the stetterton design. Though the Nurburgring design would look incredible on my car, I am probably gonna go with something a lot lighter for a little bit less money.

Anybody have good luck with drag wheels? I have done a little bit of research and they seem to be a good deal. I found some 18" Drag wheels weighin in at 18#.

How much did you pay for them? These wheels are a copy of the Volk RE30, which has copies made by Rota. You might have been able to find a decent deal on these wheels (the Rota version) in the 18x8.5 +48 version on subydude.com or in the classifieds section of NASIOC.

Thanks guys! Km, the tails are "smoked" of which I bought from 'zag300zx' on .com. I also bought the front turn signal's in "smoke." The lighter shade is gunsmoke. The first pic I posted show's the front turn signal's.
He has high marks on his "home brewed" cut outs, including from myself.

Your tags say 06-SS can I take a stab and guess '06 Silver Subie??? Amirite? "Sexy Subie"... Lol To be honest those are the plates off of my 2006 Cobalt SS/SC. I had to transfer registration and could not get diff plates unless I re-registered it. Going to have to wait till next January:( In the meantime I am gonna go with "Sexy Subie," just so I don't have to tell the story, lol.

Sorry for this being my first post here but I could not resist.

I just ordered these up through my buddy at Discount. I have been looking for wheels for about 4 weeks and finally opted for these. Quite a few searches done for this wheel were yielding weights a LOT LESS than what I was thinking. Several Vette (as TSW makes the center bore specific for them) and Mustang forums listed the 19s with sub 22 poundages.

So I called my friend and he said his site listed the 19x8 with ET45 at 27lbs! I could not believe it so he called TSW. They assured him of the following weight for the Nurburgring RF (rotary forged):

19x8 with an ET45 = 20.55lbs

To be clear the RF is a new process to TSW (not other all other mfgs) that allows them to make a lighter stronger wheel than traditional cast. Read up on it, it is sort of a hybrid process.

Needless to say I will have these next thursday.

*The only drawback that I can see at running this wheel will be the hub centric rings I will need for them. My friend however told me the rings are top notch (actually metal/aluminum rather than plastic) and they way the "step" the sizing, it truly is the best fit you can get with rings.

At any rate, hope this tiddle bit of information helps some out.

Next week I am going to personally weigh them. Either way though, I like em.
