Hello LegacyGT.org members,
I'v had my 09LGT for about a year now and I'v been using 1 site to get any information i need about it so far. But i'v decieded to branch out and see what the other great LGT sites have to offer.

Car;
I'm runnin an 09 LGT 5MT, Have an Invidia catted DP, 3" Magnaflow CBE (sounds great) the dreaded STP cold air intake, and a good tune from Infamous1. also have a boost gauge (first mod i ever did) and i recently debadged the rear (left the Suby emblem on).

Me;
I'm with the US Army, I just moved to Germany last december, Married (wife hates everything i do to the car) and i love my car more than life! And yes the autobahn is pretty awesome, stay out of the left lane if your not going over 130mph cause you just get dirty looks for going slow :/ by people in minivans and stationwagons, their children and dog in the car will also give you dirty looks, its like a family effort or something :D

Thanks for your service! :)

As for the Subaru community? Yep, it's pretty darned awesome. Virtually any problem you may have, someone has probably already documented it in-detail.

One of the best parts of Subaru ownership is this kind of community knowledge and know-how. :)

And yep, it's good to branch-out. I still have my basic "knowledge" communities, but each one has its own flavor, and they're all pretty awesome.

Welcome to teh .org!

I bet, i was working closely with the 526th security forces (wing? squadron?) or something in Kirkuk a few years back, and now i'm doing an Air Force job while in the Army lol!

:lol: I predict one day we will be the same again. When I enlisted I told myself I didn't want to go Army because I couldn't be gone for 12-15 months. Since I have been in I have watched our deployments go from 3 months to 4 months and now they are 6 months (standard). I can't believe the amount of 12 month deployments that are popping up though.....and the majority of them are working side by side with the Army outside the wire. The Air Force is truely changing and it's begining to stray away from the commonly heard name...Chair Force :lol: Although if you are looking for some good laughs I do recommend visiting chairforce.com they have some pretty funny things there.

12-15 month deployments arnt as bad as you would think, we look at the air force and are like... wow they are packing up right after they get here how can they accomplish anything in so little time

Welcome to the site.

Sometimes I wondered what it would be like if I went AF. But nooooooo, I had to do 15 years with the Marines and Army.

Boost Gauge was my first mod, i was to cheap to buy a pod so i just stuffed it in the cubby :D on my 09 it wedges in the cubby just perfectly so it doesn't move around but i can still put my wallet next to it and the door closes still, then i was able to wire it to the clock below it. (prosport electric boost gauge)
