I look out the window and (the building is in the shape of a "U") and there's one of the teacher's wives, walking around with their little kids- I start to panic. It's getting closer to lunch and they're on their way toward my classroom! A minute or so later, I hear female "AWWWWWWW"'s and there they are a few classrooms away- I really start to panic now! Am I going to have to say "what cute little kids",etc,etc,etc? Will I be able to keep a straight face while thinking "Congratulations, asshat- you managed to reproduce- why not show this unique ability off to the entire school"? Just as they're on the way, my relief comes and I'm out my classroom door, down the back stairway and into the XT with the sunroof open, the stereo on and not thinking of how much crap the kids have given me all morning.
