I am suprised they featured an LGT with so few Mods. You would think they have many more LGT canidates that had nicer cars then this guy. There are a handful on this board that have better cars.

most likely he's the only LGT owner who sent their cars in.

Then more of us should send in out cars!
I am a little disappointed that that car is representing our community. Not that it is a bad xcar but it does not do much to showcase the potential of our cars.

^ Agreed.
Not to say that it isn't a nice ride nor that it isn't nice having some print-recognition for the LGT, finally (as well as having a fellow LGT brother to add to the mix), but there's plenty more LGTs out there which have either been very tastefully cosmetically enhanced or much more aggressively modified in the power/handling departments - or even both.
Then again, look at some of the other "Reader Rides" featured in SCC over the years. There are many which fit the profile as this particular LGT has been featured.
Hopefully, one of the known LGT-community tuners will step up to the plate and get some true attention from that rag's publishers - and *really* put in a good show for us in the near future.

I am sure tha tin many cases the cars that are featured get featured becasue the car owner know someone that works at or is affiliated with the magazine. Like most things in this world, it's who you know. ;)
