ehhh....we had the same problem with our side business site. We paid the hosting company for the renewal on time, but they didn't get it renewed properly. A PITA that took two days to resolve and cost me alot of $$$. :(

Well that sucks now doesn't it?

I deal only with Network Solutions directly for my sites. They also send you multiple reminders counting down from 60 days or so.
