So is the clunk a "front Cusco only" thing? I've looked over there and couldn't get any clarification.

clunks...im having withdrawals from my clunks this morning...i think I've gotten most of them out.
For DriftMonkey: I tried the ksport loosen, turn your steering wheel method; i also used the PB in some areas, most around the tophat area, and all locknuts and tightened up the lower perch lock nut or whatever, and the clunks have been greatly minimized. I'm also debating easing off on the massive amount of preload...
daymn. I wanna do sways on my wagon but clunking would drive me banannas

when i had my rear cusco on. I had no clunks at all...and my endlinks weren't even completely straight..but pretty close though.

After you tightened them, I went back and did myself all over again:lol:
Maybe we should contact ksport and have them send us some material on the highly complicated process?:p

Did you try calling them again? I'm calling them tomorrow. I'll let ya know what they say...
for the rest of you: yes. DM and myself STILL have clunks...
