Buyer-
*Look at the post number and/or join date.
*Ask about location if not posted. It should be posted!
*Ask arround about the seller!
*Do not send any money/funds if you have at least a little doubt about the transaction.
*Always ask for valid tracking numbers. Even postal service Delivery Confirmation is cheap.
*If contact with seller is lost for a 3 attempts, File a claim with Paypal or Postal Police (if MONEY ORDER was used).
Seller-
