I must have been to 100 sites and I can't find any aftermarket tails 4 the LGT, only the film.:(

You can do a JDM switch-out, but it's an expensive undertaking.

What do you want to change them to?? I think that the film looks pretty nice if you get the right stuff.

I believe the film is illegal here in PA, I used to have blackout covers(head and taillights) on my S10 back in '96 and I got fined like $150 no warning just a fine, so I wanna go w/clear tails since I have Garnet Red at least then my lights don't fade in2 the paint scheme, where can I find JDM tails TSi?

^ "Red-by-sight" is indeed a concern everywhere, but exactly how strictly enforced is something that's dependent on many subjective factors (including the enforcement officer's view and/or even mood). It looks like, SubieChik, for havanisda, even the more "open" films, such as the "Clear Ovals" (oval cut-outs over the "red" portion, thus preserving a bit of "red-by-sight," with a large cut-out over the reverse-light portion), may not be viable for him due to stricter enforcement standards in his area.
havanisda, try JapanParts, they should be able to source it for you.

I checked JapanParts, they have lenses in smoke and red 4 the wagon but only bulbs/sockets 4 the sedan

Doh! :(
Did you actually e-mail Graham, or were you looking on their website? I know that they do go after specific parts (which do not appear on the website) for those who are willing to wait and pay......
Try The King of Parts? Again, you'll need to specifically contact them.
Also, try HKC-Speed. They might be able to source, too.

^ That's actually not a bad idea...... I know that at least one Vendor makes a headlight "corner" tint film for the LGT's front turn-signal areas.
Other alternatives include VHT Nightshade application and using model enamels for surface treatment according to your specific legal needs and/or aesthetic tastes.
A final route would be to tackle the innards of the housings yourself. To the best of my knowledge, no one has done this, yet - mainly, if I had to venture a guess, due to the need to break the "plastic welds" holding the housing together. Still, this is definitely possible. I know of fellow speed-detections countermeasures hobbyists overseas who've gone so far as to remove most or even all of their rear reflector elements, to cut-down on LIDAR return.
