98 Legacy GT - fuel gauge reading w/ no key?
 

Can anyone tell me if the fuel gauge on a '98 Legacy GT is supposed to show the fuel level when the car is off (i.e.: no key in the ignition)?

Hey there, have you figured it out already?

BTW, I read in some places that GT's fuel gauges may often off or behaving due to high voltage. Gas can affect the resistor and affect its function causing fluctuation in reading.
