Default exhaust leak?

Hello all!! so i have a question or hopefully someone here has a solution
Ok...So i have a cobb DP (catted) and it goes into my stock exhaust system...again..i dont have a modded exhaust system yet. I have JUST the cobb DP. I am noticing a exhaust smell in the cabin. I have tried ordering parts and no go. So i am wondering of anyone knows of or has the same issue im having. I have a 05'LGT. Do they make a adaptor that you can put on the DP since cobb has their downpipe with the 2.5inch end to where u put the donut on it to mate with the stock exhaust system..do they make something that would go in place of the donut on the DP like a adaptor to go around that inner pipe and maybe use a gasket and then have the end of the adaptor have a end to fit the donut and then mate it with the stock exhaust system?? PLEASE HELP ME!! If you have any other question or dont understand what im saying you can feel free to call my cell phone (970)690-6189 or email me personally at rugby4u21@gmail.com
thanks again

Grimmspeed makes a 3" adapter, but I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for: I thought the Cobb DP was designed specifically to fit the OE cat section? ---> http://www.cobbtuning.com/Subaru-SS-...T-p/524212.htm

You may simply need a new factory doughnut gasket, if you re-used the doughnut....

Also, make sure that where the turbo and the DP mates up is properly sealed. Check for leaks there - it's also possible that a bolt had backed-out after the install.
