Default Fuel Smell in cabin. How to fix.

if you have a raw fuel smell in the cabin during first start up or when it's cold you probly have a little leak on the fuel injector rail connections. this took about 4 hrs total to complete. remove the intercooler, and the alternator.
on the scale of hardness, this is up there with clutch replacement and head gaskets.

you need to take off all the connectors you can find, fuel lines from the right side strut tower. loosen the 4 bolts on each of the Tumbler generators on both sides. they need to come out with the intake manifold. wiggle that bastard of an intake out. sorry no pics of that, i was too into the removal and didn't take pics. here it is with the intake manifold out.

ok with the manifold out, you can get to what you really need to get at.
the 6 hose clamps on the hard fuel lines that supply the fuel rails. if you want you can replace the fuel lines. i just took them off and cleaned everything and tightened them down. they were pretty loose.

here are the tumbler generators for you curious ones. they go between the intake and the heads. and generate a turbulence in the intake according to throttle position and other engine variables. you will have to take these off the manifold to access the hoses.

ok, reinstall everything. ( hope you remember where everything goes
don't over torque the intake manifold bolts, or the intercooler bolts. it's only japanese plastic.
sorry it's not too detailed, didn't have a camera person tonight.

Very welcome! just hope there is enough info to help you guys out!
also check where your injectors go into the rails, and rails into the generators.
