It's finally getting put in today by a local shop.
I forgot to order the
TSK3 kit from Fred Beans, which finally arrived yesterday. Just stopped by the shop to check on my baby and the tech doing the work said it's going as smooth as can be expected. I bet he jinxed himself...
The friction disk still had a LOT of material left on it. The slipping was coming from the pressure plate - both it and the OEM flywheel had some nice hot spots on them.
That OEM Subaru clutch surprised me.
