Default Fuel leak. How to stop fuel from going everywhere?

I have a small fuel leak from a short rubber hose that connects from a fuel line to the engine close to the fuel rail on the drivers side of my 2005 Legacy GT.

My question is, if I go to remove that hose in order to replace it, am I going to have fuel spilling all over my engine bay? Is there a way to stop any flow and/or drain the fuel going through that line in order to get this done without getting gasoline everywhere?.... Thanks.
