+1 to TSI+WRX, defiantly play around alittle before going all out on public roads.

I'm running Perrin F/R 25's w/Kartboy solid links and it has gotten loose on me before. Dont get me wrong I'm a handling junkie, u just have to crawl before u haul ass!

^^^ How has it affected your ride quality?

Do they make adjustable progressive sway bars?

Oh it defiantly tightens things up. I have f/r both on the softer settings and it rides on rails pretty much. I drove on stock suspension with those settings and its much better thru the corners. Remember this helps w/ lateral roll only, u'll have to swap springs or get some coils to really change the ride.

^ I think he meant whether or not it made your ride more harsh.

But looking at your location - sunny NorCal - I'd bet that you don't notice much difference in that regard, at all.

Is the ride "harsher", if u want to call it that. I like to call it tighter, I'm married w/2 kids & they like it. By the way we got 3" two days ago :-D, I live an hour west of Tahoe & they got 4'.

FWIW, kids - especially ones who get motion-sick - usually like suspensions that are a little more roll-controlled (heck, several hardened track-day pros got queasy on the ride-around we had in Dubai, when they were in the more roll-compliant vehicles). They also can't feel much of the pothole-harshness we feel through our seats, as they sit in isolated car-seats or boosters.

What you need for this judgment is a mother or mother-in-law.

Tahoe got it crazy this year. I wish we got that much, so I could build that sled run for Anna.

But wow, you guys have it less sunny than I thought!

We got about 8 inches to a foot, last Friday, just between the hours of 5AM and 11AM. You can imagine what it was like for the AM rush. A couple of areas passed Level 2 Emergency advisories on travel, and even our university was closed.

Both the wifey and I are "essential personnel," so we went in. I had Anna in my back seat, the wifey drove up front, in a mini-caravan formation. My daughter kept complaining that "Mama is driving too slow!"

Last week I was driving on the freeway and we had a very hard down pour, so hard that everyone on the freeway came to a stop for 5 mins until it eased up enough to see again. That was crazy, never seen it rain so hard before, it was almost crazy scary.

So I've decided to go with all Whiteline.

BSR39Z
BSF30Z
KCA334

F&R adjustable sways and ALK. Stock endlinks for now. *knocks on wood*

Thx to all for the input!

Is there any record of an LGT breaking a stock endlink? I know they're the weak link because they flex, so I of course plan on upgrading later, but has anyone with an LGT actually had a problem with one?

I haven't read one. From what I get, it's a "piece of mind" part.
