Hi ! I'm New here.
I've had my Legacy for 5 years and ABSOLUTELY LOVE my Subaru !
I thought it would be great to get feedback from other Subaru owners.

So.......anyone have to replace your knock sensor ?
Mine was replaced 4 years ago and needs replaced again. Is this unusual ?

Perhaps. I drove my 2005 LGT from April 2006 until July 2013 and the only thing I replaced were the serpentine belts & the clutch. Was the knock sensor replaced with a genuine Subaru part?

I've had my LGT for 7 years now, and used the same knock sensor when I replaced the motor this past spring. So, my answer is no, I have not replace the knock sensor in the past 7 years.

Dookie ;-0 Join Date: Mar 2007 Location: Fresno - The arm pit of CA Posts: 5,045	I've had my LGT for 7 years now, and used the same knock sensor when I replaced the motor this past spring. So, my answer is no, I have not replace the knock sensor in the past 7 years.
